Move It…To Lose It!!

If you wanna lose weight you gotta:

Yep…no majic pills or overnight miracles.  You have to move it to lose it!  There is nothing complicated about fitness and weight loss.  It all comes down to your intake versuses your output.  Increase your exercise intensity, skip the chocolate chip cookie, do your last 2 reps, and just MOVE your body everyday!  You will not only lose weight which is a GREAT side benefit but your body will thank you inside and out!
