Balance…

Finding balance in life is not easy.  We all have so much going on from family life, career goals, personal goals, financial goals & fitness regimens to eating healthy….the list could continue.  Finding a healthy balance is something I strive to achieve everyday.  I challenge you to find balance in your exercise and health routine.  For me that means yoga, hike/running in the mountains, road running, and weights all two times per week.  For a balanced health plan I always challenge myself to try one new recipe a week, minimize eating out, limit my sugar intake and to eat a TON of vegetables everyday. Finding balance is a lifelong journey.  I challenge you to find your perfect balance to help live your life to its fullest.

Set those fitness goals high this spring….who has committed to a 5K, 10K, half or whole marathon??
