PRE Holiday Circuit:

Run 15 minutes EASY

Jump Rope x 100 jumps
Push-ups x 10
Plie Jump Squats x 10 (touch hands to ground, butt LOW)
Plank w/ 20 Hip Drops
Tricep Push-ups x 10
High Knees x 10
Jump Lunges x 10

REPEAT 3 times!!!
