Vitamin D…Know Your Level!

Vitamin D is one of the most overlooked vitamin deficiencies…Don’t be one of those people who are unaware that their levels are low…this is asking for a health disaster. ASK YOUR DOCTOR TO TEST YOUR LEVEL! Ask for a 25-hydroxyvitamin D, or 25 (OH)D, test. Your levels should optimally be between 50 & 80ng/ml.

LOW vitamin D levels leads to all kinds of health problems including autoimmune disease development such as type I diabetes, lupus & rheumatoid arthritis, intensifies inflammation & is connected with 70 other diseases & health conditions including cancer, breast, colon prostate, skin, endometrial, pancreatic, bladder, lung & more… SCARY!
