Understanding Food Sensitivities

Here is a great article about the ever growing population that are coming up with food sensitivities. Food sensitivities affect your entire body. Reactions can occur in many ways such as digestive problems, acne, bone/joint pain, weight gain or inability to lose weight, sluggishness, and create an autoimmune disease just to name a few. The most two common sensitivities &/or allergies are wheat & dairy.

I challenge you to take wheat & dairy completely out of your diet for 2 weeks and see how you feel. See if your weight will drop a few pounds, your bloating diminishes, your energy improves, your skin clears and or you just feel better.
