Jumping Jacks x 30
Jump Lunges x 20
Pike Push-ups x 15
Forearms Forearms Hands Hands 1 min

Repeat 2-3 times
DOWN DOG
Jump in the shower!

This 5 minute mini-circuit will get your metabolism jump started, your blood flowing & your body centered for your crazy holiday.
