Monday Motivation!!

Run 3 miles
Do 4 x 1 minute “fast” with a 1 minute recovery in between

Jump Rope x 100
Walking Lunges w/ Butt Kick x 20
Oblique Side Planks x 15 each side
Mtn Climbers x 30
Push-ups x 10
Tricep Push-ups x 10

Repeat 2-3 times
