Do not fall off the fitness wagon. Here is a Christmas family circuit:

30 min power walk, hike, run or bike ride

30 bear crawls
1 min plank
50 jumping jacks
50 single line jumps on each foot
20 jump squats
10 push-ups
(Repeat 2-3 times)
