Butt Kicks x 20
High Skips x 20
Lateral Shuffle x 20
Windmill x 10
Hamstring Prep x 10
Opposite hand to foot x 10

4 rounds:
Jump Lunges x 20 (optional no-jump)
DEEP Push-up / Down-dog x 10 (optional knee push-up)
Single Stiff Legged Dead Lift w/ Superman Arms x 10 ea side
Pike Push-up x 5 / Jump Squat x 1 / Pike Push-up x 5 / Jump Squat x 1
Curtsy Squat x 20 (R/L)
Tricep Chair Dip x 15-20
Inner Thigh Jump Together x 20 (optional DEEP Plie Squats)
Oblique Plank x 10 ea side
Rainbow Hip Drop x 20

Down-dog = DONE!!!
