Join me at Ryan’s Ranch Run this Labor Day weekend, as an official sponsor I am putting together a team for the event!! You can choose from a 5K, 10K and/or bring your kids/grand-kids for the kids mile!!! It’s a really fun day with live music, vendor booths, food, drinks, sunshine and fitness!!! I plan to power walk the 5K with anyone who signs up but please challenge yourself to a 5K or 10K run if you are up for it. All proceeds benefit Central Coast Athletics Foundation (CCAF) and 17 Strong, an organization founded in Ryan’s honor to provide Victory trips to young adults battling life-threatening illness.

Races: 5K, 10K & Kids Mile (all are have a walk / run option)

Time: 9:15am (kids mile followed by 5K & 10K)
Race location: Thousand Hills Ranch, Pismo Beach
