Super Easy Breakfast or Snack Idea! 

Coconut Chia Yogurt!  
 This CREAMY yummy dish is made in minutes the night before & stored in the fridge.  Breakfast is READY when you wake up or finish your morning workout!


1 can organic full fat coconut milk

Organic chia seeds (1/4 cup for every 1 cup of coconut milk)

Organic cinnamon

Organic maple syrup

Measure out 1 cup coconut milk to 1/4 cup chia seeds.  I believe there was about 3/4 cup of milk left so add that and a tad under 1/4 cup of seeds.  So basically you are just under 2 cups of liquid & 1/2 cup seeds.  Add lots of cinnamon & a dash or two of maple syrup.  Whisk in a glass container, put a lid on & shake.  Put in fridge overnight.  Dish into a bowl & add 1 serving of berries.  There will be leftovers for a mid morning / afternoon snacks or tomorrow’s breakfast.  ENJOY!
