Prep is Key!

  
I have a busy afternoon so after lunch I quickly prepped dinner. Chicken thighs (salt, pepper, garlic & organic teriyaki sauce), roasted sweet potatoes & carrots (will add avocado oil & salt before baking) & steamed broccoli are all in the fridge ready to go!
