Salmon burgers

For Christmas I received a 12 cup food processor and am in love with it!!! We had a bunch of cooked salmon leftover from camping so I whipped up salmon burgers for quick easy lunches for my week. 💪🏻

1 large salmon filet
2 portobello mushrooms
1 egg
Sea salt / pepper
1/2 tablespoon organic Cajun seasoning
Avocado oil

Chop the portobello mushrooms and put them into your food processor. Add the cooked salmon, egg & spices. Process until desired consistency. Heat the avocado oil on your griddle. Form patty’s with your hands and place on the hot griddle. Flip when browned then cool them on a plate with paper towel. Store in glass container in your fridge.
