Date energy balls

These date energy balls taste just like a Lara bar 👏🏻. They contain only 5 ingredients and are delicious!!! They are a perfect for a prre / post workout snack, hiking, backpacking, kids sport snack or a mid afternoon energy boost that will hold you until dinner.

1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
1 cup raw walnuts
1/2 cup organic unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt

Put all ingredients into your food processor and blend until creamy. Roll into balls and place on a parchment paper coated plate. Place in freezer for 20 min. Store in a ziplock bag or glass container for up to two weeks in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer.
