Pumpkin Nut Butter – YUM!

*1/3 cup pureed pumpkin (or organic canned – I used canned)
*1 tsp cinnamon
*2 tbsps nut butter (I used almond butter – other options: peanut butter, almond, sunflower or even coconut butter!)
*1 tbsp organic sugar or 1/2 packet organic stevia
*Pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients together, either with a spoon or in a food processor (I used a spoon).  If your peanut butter is hard, you might want to warm it up a little, pre-mixing.  Store in the fridge.

ENJOY on warm cereal, a spoon, a ricecake, banana or fruit of choice.
