Easy Breakfast & Lunch ideas! 🥑👏🏻

This breakfast keeps me full until lunch! The uncured turkey bacon I buy at Costco, cook up all 5 packs, and store it in a ziplock in the fridge for a quick easy high protein breakfasts. To this meal you could also add 1/2 cup berries of your choice. I cannot eat gluten so rice cakes are my “go to” (real sourdough bread is also a great option). When shopping for rice cakes make sure you read the label (rice & salt only), the ones pictured I bought at Trader Joe’s . The rice cakes have 1/2 of a Costco size avocado smashed onto them and topped with my favorite Trader Joe seasoning “everything but the bagel” 😋.

Lunch is similar to the above breakfast but I added cucumber slices and organic chicken breasts that I had made in my instapot earlier in the week. (I used Coconut Secret garlic sauce & cooked chicken breasts on high in the instapot for 30 min)
