Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing

1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked 4 hours ish
1/2 cup filtered water
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Juice of 2 limes
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder, or more if you like it strong
1/2 tablespoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons capers
1/2 teaspoon fine grain sea salt and pepper, or to taste

Place all of the ingredients in a high-powdered blender and blend for 1 minute on high until smooth and creamy. Store in a mason jar in fridge for up to two weeks.

One of the quickest ways to ruin a salad is by drenching it in a dressing that is full of sugar and processed ingredients. This natural, vegan Caesar dressing packs all of the flavor of traditional Caesar without any additives to weigh you down!

Below you will see a photo of our favorite whole food croutons from House of Bread in SLO (there is also one in Anchorage, AK) 👏🏻) and the Worcestershire sauce I found on Amazon.

Thank you Plant Over Processed for this delicious recipe!!
