Roasted Cauliflower

This is a super easy way to get a good dose of vegetables into your belly.

1 head cauliflower
Dash of grapeseed oil

Preheat oven to 350. Wash & chop cauliflower into medium size florets. Put in your baking dish, add a dash or two of oil & season with salt/pepper. Use your hands to mix. Bake for 25-30 min at 350.

Pair this with a lean protein like: grass fed steak, lean pork, organic chicken breast or thighs, wild fish or shellfish.  You can also add a big green salad to finish off the meal – ENJOY!
