Nutrient Dense Delicious Muffins 💪🏻

4 ripe bananas
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 eggs (or use chia eggs)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup oat flour
1 tsp sea salt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda

In your KitchenAid or high powered blender mix the bananas, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, chia seeds & salt until creamy. Add the dry ingredients and mix until creamy. Please note that some of these measurements are rough estimates. The batter needs to be the consistency of muffin batter, if it is too watery add a bit more almond flour. Bake for 15-20 min at 375 or until golden brown and a clean toothpick comes out of the center.
