Homemade pizza 🍕 😋

1/2 cup sourdough starter
4 cups organic white flour
2 tsps sea salt
1.5 cups filtered water
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Pizza sauce or tomato paste
Organic cheese (raw if possible )
Uncured pepperoni
Black olives
Anything else you love ❤️

In your mixing bowl add 4 cups flour and sea salt. In a separate bowl mix together water, starter & olive oil. Pour the water mixture into your flour mixture. Stir / knead until its dough like. Cover bowl with Saran Wrap and a tea towel. Ferment for 8 hours. If you go over 8 hours place dough in a glass tight container in fridge. It can last for several days in fridge. This amount of dough can make two thinner crust pizzas or one thicker crust. When ready to bake put flour of your choice onto baking pan. Use your hands to flatten dough. Top with sauce and your favorite toppings. Bake at 425 for 15 ish min or until golden brown. Enjoy!!!
