Homemade Chia Seed Coconut Yogurt


This is a great EASY recipe that my stud client Niccola discovered. You can whip it up in 3 min then it needs to set in fridge for 2.5-3 hrs. I have been making it the night before & eating it for breakfast. Something new!!!!!

1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
2 tablespoons local raw honey
Big dash of cinnamon (this is my touch – optional)

Mix together & refrigerate 2.5-3hrs or overnight. Enjoy!!!!!
