Alaskan Fried Halibut


Halibut AK Style
2 halibut filets
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup grapeseed oil
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 egg
Salt / pepper
Onion powder

Chop up halibut into decent size pieces. Use 2 separate bowls. In one bowl whisk the egg with a fork. In second bowl add coconut flour & spices. Roll halibut into egg mixture then roll into flour mixture. Do this for all pieces of halibut. Put oil in pan & heat until sizzle begins. Put as much halibut that will fit into pan. Turn once fish is golden brown. Put onto paper towel on plate to soak some oil off.

Squeeze fresh lemon on top & ENJOY!!
